Cold Murder Mystery provides fictional cold case files you solve in your browser. All cases, people and places are invented; any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
You may play the free case without an account. Purchases require signing in with an email address or Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that email.
Single cases are a one-time purchase and remain available to your account. The yearly pass renews automatically every 12 months until cancelled; cancel any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing us, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Lifetime access lasts for the life of the service. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply conversion fees.
A person who owns a case may host a room; guests join free with a code for the duration of that room. Guests do not acquire their own access.
If a case did not work for you, write to us via the contact form within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. Yearly passes can be refunded within 14 days if no case beyond the free one has been opened.
Do not copy, redistribute or publish the case files, answers or images; do not attempt to bypass purchase checks or abuse the room system. We may suspend accounts that do.
All texts, documents and images are our copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to play.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
